Hey! Been a long time.....

I haven't been posting as much and for a valid reason...My laptop went AWOL on me so, I had to resort back to my old school computer with slow dial up once again...LOL. Well, I shouldn't complain right? I have a connection to the internet so I am cool with that. There has been a lot going on in my life. Many changes and what not. Been a while....

I have been away mostly from computer issues,but I am back! Life is good,but coul be better. Need to get my act together as far as career goes. STILL ned to write that kick but screenplay that I have yet to do. I really have to get out there in the world of film. I oftn times feel like I can not move one foot in front of the other,but I have to be more committed and disciplined. Anyway, I will update you on what's up with me later!

Officially a Grad!!

I had my graduation ceremony yesterday and boy I tell ya it was great to see my old professors and classmates. I had buterflies in my stomach,but after a while I was alright. I still can't believe that I am done with school. It's a great feeling. My dad even cried because he was so happy for me. I will definitely miss school,but know that my life is only just begining. To all graduates out there congrats!!

Sweden!

Ok, I have a fascination with Sweden and I noticed my love for this country as a kid. I have never visited Sweden,but I feel that it is a place where I could see
myself living or visiting. The vibe that I get from Sweden is one of mellowness and artistic expression. How can I know this with just going to www.sweden.se website?
I don't! It's just a feeling I get. Someday, I may get a chance to visit and see if my impression are right :)

Stumped

I have been feeling so uninspired these past few days and trying to get the creative juices flowing has been tough.
Online (on Google to be exact ) I looked up using the Tarot to gain insight or ideas for writing a story. I think I may
just try that out and see what comes up! Other than that I have been trying to figure out who I am inviting to my graduation
ceremony. It's tough choosing who should get an invite. I pray that I come to a sound decision.

Secret Diary of A Call Girl

I have seen a few trailers for the new Showtime show Secret Diary of A Call Girl and I realized that Billie Piper was the lead in the show. I haven't heard from Billie in a long time. I remember loving her music back in the 90'S. This show seems interesting. I think I may watch!

What I'm reading : Lovestoned

So, a few weeks back I went to he library and stumbled upon a book by author TP Cater called Lovestoned. Me being the type of person who usually scans over a book and end up not reading it anymore, I found myself wrapped up in the story. TP has written the characters so real and honest and it is so refreshing to see characters not of the norm. I have not finished the book yet,but I know that I am addicted to reading this book as if it were a drug..LOL.

Why is my home life full of drama? I totally wish that things were different and that family members would just get along. It's just so sad to me.

boyfriends.....overrated?

Everyone of my girl pals has a man....well not all,but a few of them. I wonder to myself what am I doing wrong? How come I don't have one? My long time battle with being single and wanting a relationship confuses me. I am in a relationship,but it's a complicated one. I am happy with the set up,but I wonder about the possibility of something more. Right now it's all about fun,but I want to wake up on Sunday morning to kisses and snuggling with my man. I want to go to the museum, cinemaplex and a record shop to check out new and vintage music. All that just seems so out of reach and I can't help but view it as something I have yet to have. Maybe I am in love with the idea. Well if I am, the idea sure looks good to me.

Not that I am unhappy with being me,myself and I. I love my freedom greatly! It's a joy to answer to yourself. I'm so confused!!!!

Script Frenzy

So, I have been trying to figure out what kind of screenplay I want to do for the Script Frenzy Challenge. I have no clue...LOL. Actually, I have an idea for a short screenplay titled "Moving On". About a woman who's husband dies suddenly and shows how she deals with his death. I am still working on it,but I want it to be a story of growth through pain. I just pray that I can get out of procrastination mode.
